How to Survive and Thrive with ADHD during the Post-Secondary Years

CADDRA and CADDAC are hosting an event/discussion for students with ADHD and those who support them – families, teachers and healthcare professionals – in October. Dr. Anthony L. Rostain, U.S., psychiatrist and author of “The Stressed Years of their Lives: Helping Your Kid Survive and Thrive During their College Years” and Canadian ADHD advocate Heidi Bernhard, president of the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada (CADDAC) will be discussing the challenges this transition period can bring and how to best prepare.
