Addendum to above query:

Following hospital discharge from first episode psychosis 6 yrs ago, patient was prescribed Vyvanse with good effect and discharged from psychiatric follow-up.  Patient’s family physician renewed the prescription initially but declined subsequently, following the strongly worded release from the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons regarding prescription of stimulants.  Patient moved to another region of the province and is no longer able to access the original prescribing psychiatrist.
