CADDRA’s Board of Directors is a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals representing the diversity of our membership across Canada. Board members are elected for a three-year term, renewable once, and provide strategic direction and governance to the organisation.
In addition to guiding CADDRA’s mission, board members contribute clinical, research and educational expertise; serve as committee chairs or members; and proivde oversight in areas such as finance and organizational alignment. All Board members volunteer their time to advance ADHD care, education and advocacy nationwide.
CADDRA members who are actively involved in the organisation may apply for board positions when vacancies arise. Calls for board members are issued in late spring/early summer. Nominated applicants are voted on at the annual general meeting, typically in November.
