CADDRA membership is open to practicing physicians, psychologists, allied health care professionals, and researchers working in the field of ADHD. Members join a network of health professionals in Canada and abroad. CADDRA’s mission is to support professionals in the assessment and treatment of individuals with ADHD through education, guidelines, advocacy, and research.

Please note: Applicants from other disciplines will be considered for membership based on whether the applicant’s discipline has made a significant contribution to ADHD research or clinical practice. The decision of the Board of Directors will be final.

 Note: We have updated our renewal cycle to an annual billing date from July 1, 2023. We pro-rated the current membership fee to ensure a smooth transition and provided an option to join for the following terms:

  • Membership prorated until June 30th, 2023
  • One year+ Membership prorated until June 30, 2023 plus July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024 one year term)
  • Two years+ Membership prorated until June 30, 2023 plus July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2025 two year term)

Membership Fees (from July 1 2023)

Open to physicians, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists, social workers and other allied health professionals governed by a Canadian regulatory College.
Please note: Applicants from other disciplines will be considered for membership based on whether the applicant’s discipline has made a significant contribution to ADHD research or clinical practice. The decision of the Board of Directors will be final.
Save $45 with 2 year membership
 

Open to professionals in Canada with an interest in the field of ADHD who do not belong to a Canadian healthcare regulatory college, e.g. researchers, teachers, coaches. Affiliate members must work with individuals who have ADHD, but do not need to have ADHD as the primary or sole focus of their work. Affiliates receive benefits but are not entitled to vote.
Save $30 with 2 year membership
 

Open to physicians and health-care professionals based outside Canada who are certified by other than a Canadian certifying body. International Affiliates receive full benefits but are not entitled to vote. Please supply a copy of your licence to practice.

Open to full-time students and graduate physicians engaged in full-time postgraduate training. Students receive full benefits but are not entitled to vote. Please download this endorsement form and have it signed by your department head or program director or provide evidence of enrolment (e.g. transcript, receipt, etc.). Return to brendan.dermody@caddra.cain order to begin processing of your application.
 

Retirees receive certain benefits including access to ADHD Learn, but do not have access to ADHD TrEAT and the member referral directory
